Greetings! My name is Ken and I am the salon owner and operator.

 

I orchestrate every aspect of the salon from the 1,000 foot view. 

 

I am a graduate of Morehouse College and Clark Atlanta University. My long time career in consulting translates perfectly in making sure Pop Lash Beauty Lounge is successful.

I love spending time with my family, playing pickle ball and watching my hometown team, University of Alabama, play college football.

​

Although I mostly stay behind the scenes, I will pop in from time to time.

You may know me as Di.

 

I assist my husband Ken in managing our salon on a daily basis. Although I work part-time as a lash artist, my primary role is being a mother to three wonderful children.

 

While I enjoy doing lashes, my true passion lies in empowering others to be their best selves. I find in helping clients and team members alike, providing a supportive and positive environment for growth, I am walking in my purpose.

 

Additionally, I am a mental health advocate in Howard County, volunteering with NAMI and serving as a Community Ambassador for the Howard County 988 Suicide and Crisis Helpline

My name is Valerie, but most know me as Val!

I’m a Certified Lash Technician currently located in Columbia ,MD.

I started lashing in 2019. After having my daughter a year prior and experiencing minor post partum
depression, I began to look for things that would help me get out of that “funk” and make me gain the
self confidence I once had.

 

After having lash extensions applied I decided to take a course so that I could also give that confidence to women. After becoming Certified at LASH.ME.DARA in Connecticut, I have been doing so ever since.

 

As a Certified Lash Technician I guarantee the highest level of technical and artistic skills. I will provide each and every client with the highest quality product available to me.

I am super excited to start my career in the beauty industry at Pop Lash Beauty, with Di as my mentor and trainer. I completed my certification with Pop Lash Beauty Academy this year and am eager to apply my new skills in lash enhancement services.

For the last 20 years, I have dedicated myself to a career in dentistry with a commitment to education and licensure; working in a prestigious office in Columbia and now as an Invisalign coordinator and whitening specialist in Catonsville. I bring the same enthusiasm and devotion as I have for dentistry to providing the most beautiful and healthy lash services you deserve!

I love spending my off-time with my daughter, travelling for long weekends, watching true-crime docuseries and snuggling with my kitty.

My name is Maraina. I am a licensed esthetician of 3 years. I am an all inclusive provider offering unisex services such as facials, eyelash extensions, trainings and brow services.

I take pride in providing a safe space for my clients to reach their best selves offering a tailored experience to suit each clients needs and desires.

I believe beauty is practice, the exterior is a reflection of that. Each client deserves to reach their peak potential.

Hi! I am Alexis.

​

I am a full time college student soon to graduate in December 2023. I started out as a customer relationship manager answering the phones. Now I handle special projects for Pop Lash Beauty Lounge, most of which focus on Pop Lash Training Academy.

 

My background is in Finance. I hope to be able to use my expertise to assist the salon there as well.

 

I work on an ad-hoc bases as needs arise but am still very much a part of the team. Catch me at salon events or when the salon has opportunity to be a vendor at other engagements.
