Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable one time if proper notice is given. We require 24 hours hours notice for cancellations and reschedules. In the event an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, you are responsible for the full balance. New appointments can be made after the no-show balance is paid.
